The 230 full-time members at Dresden Industrial in Ridgetown ratified a new three-year collective agreement on December 4, 2021 that will see the elimination of the two-tiered wage system.
Members in posted positions will move to $19.00/hour and skilled trades will receive an increase of $5.00/hour to $34.10/hour. All members will receive general wage increase on January 1, 2022 of $.50 and another $.50 in Year 2. This will result in our members receiving increases of 8.5% to 22% over the course of the agreement.
