The members at Best Western Hotel in Sudbury have ratified a new four-year agreement on December 12, 2021 in a very hard-hit hospitality sector. Minimum wage plus language was negotiated to ensure a consistent gap of $.60 above minimum wage that will result in retroactive increases and no end rate cap.

Long service members will receive extended vacation entitlement for those workers with 15 years of service. The employer has also agreed to provide menstrual products in the staff washrooms.
