Trent Valley Lodge ratifies

Trent Valley Lodge ratifies wage increases and benefit improvements for HOPE Sector workers.

Healthcare workers at Trent Valley Lodge in Trenton ratified a two-year agreement on September 23, 2024.

Members will receive general wage increases of 7% over the two-year term. RPN wages are now on a new scale that provides a top rate of $36.50 at August 1, 2025, and RNs have been placed on a scale that will see them reach top rate one year earlier which is now significantly higher at $51.18/hour.

The weekend premium will increase on August 1, 2025 to 40 cents per hour, and the in-charge pay will increase from 50 cents per hour to $2.00 per hour.

At date of ratification the paramedical coverage will increase from $500 to $650 coverage and on August 1, 2025 another increase to $800.
