Crown Ridge ratifies wage increases and language improvements for healthcare workers in Trenton.

The HOPE Sector members at Crown Ridge Place ratified a two-year deal on September 5, 2024.

Members will receive general wage increases of 7% over the term of the collective agreement, and PSWs will have the $3.00/hour increase introduced by the provincial government enshrined into the wage scale prior to the increases being implemented.

Language improvements include:

  • Vision care coverage increases to $350.
  • The weekend premium will increase by 5 cents per hour.
  • NEW – RPN’s will receive 15 minutes pay for med counts and reports.
