TBM Group ratifies

TBM Group ratifies yearly wage increases, language gains and improvements with new collective agreement.

Topnotch Building Maintenance Service Group custodial workers in Toronto at George Brown College ratified a three-year agreement on May 24, 2025.

These service workers will receive wage increases in each year of the agreement of: March 1, 2025 – 80 cents, March 1, 2026 – 80 cents and March 1, 2027 -80 cents.                                                                                                                     

The Union was successful in achieving new language with regard to discipline and a sunset clause of 24 months will be put in place. A significant achievement for these workers.

The members will receive vacation lump sum payments twice each year on or before June 1^st and December 1^st. The safety shoe allowance will increase from $125 to $150 payable once in each calendar year.
