Stone Lodge ratifies significant wage increase and improvements to shift premiums with new contract.
Stone Lodge (Oxford Living) in Guelph unanimously ratified a three-year agreement on December 8, 2025. The HOPE Sector healthcare workers will receive general wage increases of 3.5% in each year of the term.
Additionally, we were successful in securing premium increases for the weekend, evening, and overnight premium with all receiving 5 cents in each of the 3-years.
We have also improved the language regarding having a steward present for meetings with the employer.
