Workers at the Liberté warehouse in Brampton ratify

Members at the Liberté General Mills Warehouse in Brampton ratified a new agreement on February 12, 2017.
The three-year deal includes wage increases of 2% in each year of the agreement. Members benefit from enhanced severance language providing twice what is required in the Employment Standards Act (ESA).
Dental benefits now provide 100% coverage and include orthodontics and denture coverage as well. Workers now have Short-Term Disability coverage and there is an increase to the boot allowance.
