Wage and benefit increases ratified by Cintas Sales Representatives in Sault Ste. Marie

Cintas Route Sales Representatives in Sault Ste. Marie ratified a two-year agreement on September 13, 2023. The members will see wages increase 7.5% over the term of the contract. Members will also receive increased meal allowances for overnight routes.
The employer contribution to the pension plan will increase 10 cents per hour worked and employer contributions to the health and welfare plan will also increase to keep up with current premiums.
