Quattro Hotel ratifies

Quattro Hotel ratifies wage increases, an additional stat holiday and language improvements with new contract.

The hospitality members working at the Quattro Hotel and Conference Centre in Sault Ste. Marie ratified a three-year agreement on December 3, 2025. Wages for these members will increase by $2.00 per hour over the term of the agreement.

Language improvements and gains include:

• The addition of one wellness day for a total of six wellness days per year.
• New banquet gratuity language will mean that all departments receive a portion of the gratuities generated from conferences.
• The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation will be added to the list of stat holidays.
• New language will be added for an extra laundry person to be called in when there are more than 50 checkouts.
