We also achieved a premium increase to 75 cents per hour for the afternoon shift and the night shift premium will increase to $1.00 per hour. The lead hand premium will be $1.25.

The coverage for Vision Care will increase to $350.00.

The sunset clause for discipline will reduce to 12 months.
