Molson Breweries ratifies significant wage increases, a defined benefit pension plan, improved benefit package and paid sick days in new collective agreement.

The membership employed at Molson Breweries in Toronto ratified a four-year agreement on December 16, 2025. This deal secures yearly wage increases as follows: Year 1 – 3.5%, Year 2 – 2.5%, Year 3 – 2.5%, and Year 4 – 3.5%.

Language improvements and gains include:

  • Members will receive eight paid sick days each year of the agreement with the unused days to be paid out at the end of each year.
  • The employer will comply with the Health and Safety Act regarding providing menstrual products.
  • Maternity leave top up increases from 15 to 20 weeks.
  • Letters of Understanding re: Pay Equity and Time Limits.
    • The bargaining unit will add an additional regular full-time QC position.
