New agreement ratified by Impact Cleaning Services

The members from Impact Cleaning Services Ltd in Toronto have ratified a new three-year agreement.

Members will receive a wage increase of 1.8% in each year of the agreement. Additionally, they will receive a $100 signing bonus and breaks will now be 15 minute paid breaks instead of ten.

An extra day of bereavement was negotiated and some language around bereavement which was not beneficial to the members was deleted.

Letters of Understanding regarding temporary workers and time line were negotiated.
