Celebrating Labour Day 2026!

We hope everyone had an incredible Labour Day!

Labour Day is a day to celebrate you – our hardworking members and everyone involved in the labour movement. Our #UnionPower comes from our solidarity and when we stand together, there is nothing we cannot achieve!

This year’s events for the Union included Cobourg, Cornwall, Hamilton, London, North Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Toronto, Waterloo, and Windsor.

President Kelly Tosato and Secretary-Treasurer Jim McLean headed out to great members in Cornwall for the day and help out with the annual barbecue at Lamoureux Park. We hope no matter where or how you celebrated, that you took a moment this Labour Day to think about what it means to be a worker and the strength that comes from your Union membership with UFCW Locals 175 & 633.

Thank you to everyone for your solidarity and for celebrating alongside your friends, family, colleagues and Union Sisters, Brothers, & Friends this Labour Day.
