Aramark members at Fleming College members ratify new deal

Aramark members at Fleming College in Lindsay have ratified a three-year agreement on August 29, 2022. Wages are as follows:

Year 1 – Top 5 – $1.00 (split into 2 increases in March and September, $0.50 is retroactive), Lead hand – $1.25 (split into 2 increases, $0.50 is retroactive), all others – $0.75 (split into two increases, $0.50 is retroactive). Year 2 – $0.50, Year 3 – $0.50.

Language improvements include:

• One additional sick day to total 6 days,
• Increased vision care to $350,
• Increased boot allowance from $75 to $85,
