Cole Prieur – Metro

Cole Prieur works at Metro Chapman Mills in Ottawa on front-end, self-scan supervisor and back-up in the cash office. Cole says, “you can definitely feel the difference when you work in a unionized workplace. It really provides a support system for workers, and you feel there is an ability to enact real change.”

Cole is a full-time student at Carleton University studying Human Resources management with a major in psychology. “I really appreciate the collective agreement language for student availability that allows me to be able to better balance my course load with my work schedule.”
