Pepsi members in Kenora ratify new collective agreement

The members employed by PepsiCo Beverages Canada in Kenora ratified a three-year deal on October 19, 2022. Daily Rate Employees will receive increases of 4% in each year of the collective agreement and Salaried Employees will receive $0.90 per hour or $1,872 per year.

Other improvements include an increase to the Tool Allowance from $275.00 to $350.00 and the inclusion of pants in the uniform allowance. Employees working a 6^th day in a 7-day window will be paid overtime for that day and discipline is to be issued within 15 days of knowledge of incident.
