On July 3, 2025, the members at Executive Aviation Fuels in Sudbury ratified a new three-year agreement.

In addition, all employees at the end rate will receive increases at the ratification date instead of their anniversary date, which is a significant improvement, especially for senior staff. Plus, an employee asked to work in a higher classification will receive the higher rate of pay immediately.
The employer will pay for all Functional Abilities Forms (FAFs) completed by a doctor when those forms are requested by the company. Employer contributions to the UFCW Local 175
