Market wage adjustments and more ratified by ADM Milling members
March 10, 2026
On February 25, 2026, the membership of UFCW Local 175 at ADM Milling in Mississauga secured a new collective agreement.
The ratified agreement includes important market adjustments adding between $0.50 and $5.25 per hour to the members’ rates. The resulting annual increases for the members are 4% in year one, and 3% in each of the remaining years of the agreement term. In addition, all employees will receive a ratification lump sum bonus of $500.
Members will also benefit from improve shift premiums of $1 per hour, up from $0.85, for Afternoons, and $1.30 per hour, up from $1, for Nights. The Leadperson premium also improves to $1.25 per hour, up from $0.75.

The Union Negotiating Committee successfully had the members’ floater day added back into the agreement after the employer clawed it back after recognizing the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
Further improvements include language for Union Representative site visits and Labour Management meetings. The employer will also pay for the cost of meeting rooms during negotiations up to a maximum of 40 hours.
Union Negotiating Committee: Raafat Mahmoud, Albertino Romita, and Union Representative Chris Mayberry.
