Voting results for Loblaws members

The results of the ratification votes held from June 9 through June 16, 2015 are as follows:

• The three bargaining units (Local 175 Full-Time, Local 175 Part-Time and Local 633) at the 9
  Great Foods/RCSS stores in Essex, Kent and Lambton counties have rejected their collective
  agreement.
• The 5 Great Food stores in Nepean and Gloucester have ratified their collective agreement.
  The 46 Zehrs/Loblaw/Great Food/RCSS stores covered by this agreement in the province of Ontario represented by Local 175 (formerly Local 1977) have ratified their collective agreement.

The results of the ratification votes for members at Fortinos, Fortinos Sausage Warehouse, and RCSS held June 22 and June 23, 2015 are as follows:

• The members at Fortinos’ Sausage Warehouse, 22 Fortinos stores, and 3 Real Canadian Superstores (RCSS) have ratified their agreement.

We have advised the employer of the results.

The Local Union will ramp up strike preparations immediately for the 9 Great Foods/RCSS stores in Essex, Kent and Lambton counties.
