Thunder Bay members working at the Fort William Golf and Country Club ratify

Members at Fort William Golf and Country Club in Thunder Bay ratified a new three-year agreement on May 26, 2021. The members will receive wage improvements which include a $300.00 lump sum payment when they work the full season. There will be a $0.25 increase to all classifications and $0.50 for all employees with 10 years of service. Members will also receive 8 hours of pay for Thanksgiving Day.

Sick days will increase from 3 to 4 and the safety equipment allowance will increase from $250.00 to $300.00. Language improvements include the sunset clause being reduced from 24 months to 12 months.
