Recently, members at Coca-Cola Bottling Windsor ratified a new three-year collective agreement.
In the first year of the agreement, members at Coca-Cola Bottling Windsor will receive a lump sum payment of $500. Rates will improve by 52 cents per hour in year two, and 68 cents per hour in year three.
With the implementation of a new “G” Class delivery driver, all current delivery drivers are guaranteed their current rate of pay in the event they are affected in any way by this new classification.
Improved language will now provide members with a clothing allowance every year, instead of every two years. Members at Coca-Cola Windsor will further benefit from an increased bonus paid for unused sick time.
The Union Negotiating Committee achieved improved health and safety language as well plus provisions for First Aid training.
Members at Coca-Cola Bottling Windsor ratified their new agreement on February 9, 2021.
