Tentative agreement reached for Great Food Stores & Real Canadian Superstores

Your Union met in negotiations for Members of UFCW Local 175 at Great Food Stores (GFS) and Real Canadian (RCSS) at 61 stores across Ontario on November 8, 9, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29 & 30, 2023.
The goal of your Union Negotiating Committee is to achieve the best possible collective agreements for our 12,800 members at GFS and RCSS stores.
We are pleased to inform that we reached a tentative agreement in the early morning on November 30th.
We are currently in the process of securing meeting dates and times for the purpose of a ratification vote.
