Anthony Yerkie

Anthony Yerkie is a meat cutter at Metro in North Bay. Anthony has been a member of the Union for more than six years and says he enjoys working at the store. 

Anthony feels that it’s very beneficial to belong to the Union as it provides many securities including job protection, seniority rights, higher rates of pay, benefits, and more. A Union also provides a better working environment and gives employees a voice to raise any concerns, without fear of repercussions.
