Wages increase by 1.25% over the life of the contract with 25 cents per hour added to the end rates in each year. The first increase will be retroactive for hours worked since the expiry of the previous contract. Part-time wage progressions receive additional adjustments to ensure that employee’s wages remain above the minimum wage set by the province. A letter of agreement provides a duties premium of 50 cents per hour. Additionally, the night shift premium improves to $1 per hour, and the boot allowance increases to $90 per year.

Language improvements include new Member introduction time of 15 minutes with pay, and bereavement entitlement now includes common-law spouses and step-siblings.
