Renewed agreement for Goodwill Amity Group workers

Members of Local 175 working at Goodwill, the Amity Group attended a ratification vote on January 14, 2015.

Wages increases by a total of 1.1% over the duration of the agreement term. Vacation entitlement improves to provide six weeks’ vacation paid at 12%, after 22 full years of service. Full-time employees will now have eye exams covered up to $100 every 24-months. The company will contribute $250 in each year of the contract toward the UFCW Local 175 Training & Education Fund.
