Remembrance Services employees ratify 3-year contract

At a vote held on April 28, 2016, the members of Local 175 at Remembrance Services in Mississauga ratified a renewed collective agreement that covers the next three years.
Wages increase by a total of 4.25% over the term of the contract and language improvements address the distribution of overtime hours. Dental and benefit premiums increase to protect the current benefit levels for the members, and additional language improvements provide enhanced severance and better Union Rep visitation.
