Nominate yourself or another Member of UFCW Locals 175 & 633 for the

2017 Outstanding Member Achievement Award

There are four awards of $500 given out each year to Members who excel in the following areas:

1. Demonstrating outstanding contributions to the community!
2. Manifesting leadership and advancement of the UFCW!
3. Showing dedication to fundraising for the LLSC!
4. Achieving improvements in Health & Safety or WSIB in the workplace!

* Nominees must be a member in good standing in either Local 175 or Local 633 for at least six (6) consecutive months.

The deadline for applications was August 31, 2017.
