On June 26, 2017, the Federal employees at London’s Military Family Resource Centre ratified a two-year collective agreement.

Wages improve by 1.5% in each year and language improves to provide overtime pay after 7.5 hours per day, or 37.5 hours per week, for full-time and 22.5 per week for part-time. Flex time within the pay period remains unchanged.

Important language establishing a harassment-free work environment is now part of the agreement. Additional improvements clarify the mileage provision, and any medical certificates requested by the employer will be paid for by the employer as well.
