CSINW in Thunder Bay ratifies new three-year deal.

On June 30, 2021 the membership at Community Services for Independence North West in Thunder Bay ratified a new collective agreement. Wages are capped under Bill 124 legislation at 1% per year. If the Bill is repealed during the term of this agreement, the parties agree to revisit to negotiate compensation. As of September 30, 2023, part-time members will receive an additional 1% in lieu of benefits.
Improvements to grievance language were also negotiated.
