Compass Group members at Etobicoke General ratify new agreement

Compass Group – Etobicoke General Hospital ratified a new three-year agreement on August 18, 2022. Wages increases will equal $1.30 over the term of the agreement.

Language improvements include

• Improved Bereavement language.
• Pay Equity language.
• Gender neutrality will be reflected throughout.
• New – Letter of Agreement Pandemic
