Coca-Cola Windsor ratifies increases in each year of the agreement, no concessions.
Coca-Cola Windsor ratified a six-year agreement on February 25, 2024. Members will receive general wage increase across all classifications of: February 1, 2024 – 2%, February 1, 2025 – 2%, February 1, 2026 – 2.25%, February 1, 2027 – 2%, February 1, 2028 – 2% (EQS 2.5%), and February 1, 2029 – 2% (EQS 2.5%).
There will be wage adjustments in each of the first four years for the positions of Lead hand, Driver and Equipment Service. Workers who are regularly scheduled to work weekends will receive a shift premium for Saturday – $1.25 and Sunday – $1.50.
Language improvements include:
- Increase to the boot allowance.
- Sick days can now be used for Personal days.
- The employer will pay one Driver’s Medical per driver, with proof of receipt, in any year of the contract up to $150.
- Medical notes will be reimbursed if requested by the employer.
- The employer to pay the cost of CBA booklet printing,
- The employer to pay for the cost of meeting rooms for negotiations, including mediation, and interest arbitration.
- The employer will pay for the Negotiating Committee to attend proposal review and negotiation prep meetings with the Union Representative.
