Coca-Cola London members achieve wage increases in each year of new agreement

Over four days of negotiations, the Union Negotiating Committee at Coca-Cola London achieved a renewal collective agreement with good wage increases that provide raises in each year of the agreement term.

Coca-Cola London members ratify new agreementAll unionized employees at Coca-Cola London will receive a lump sum payment of $500 as of ratification. General wage increases apply as follows:

  • Year 1 – 20 cents per hour
  • Year 2 – 50 cents per hour
  • Year 3 – 52 cents per hour
  • Year 4 – 63 cents per hour
  • Year 5 – 82 cents per hour
  • Year 6 – 83 cents per hour

In addition, temporary employees will see increases of 30 cents per hour in each years two through six.

Language improvements now include common-law spouses under the bereavement leave provision.

The members at Coca-Cola London ratified their new agreement on December 19, 2021. The collective agreement covers approximately 68 unionized workers at the facility.
