Aramark Scarborough General members have a new collective agreement

Our members at Aramark Scarborough General Cafeteria have ratified a new three year agreement. The 12 employees will see wage increases of 2% for the year 2020,  2% for 2021 and 2% for 2023 across the board, with retroactive payment for 2020.

Benefit improvements include the employer to pay up to $40 for sick notes, an increase in eye benefits from $250 to $300 every 24 months and footwear allowance increases from $25 to $50. There will also be an increase to dental contributions for the Trusteed Plan from $.47 cents to $.50 cents in year 2022.

New pandemic language was negotiated in regard to the Health and Safety Article , Pay Equity Language and LOA regarding Time Limits. The employer has also contributed $1000 to the Training and Education Fund.
