AMCO Storage members ratify new contract

UFCW Local 175 members at AMCO storage have ratified a new collective agreement.

The July 13th ratification means employees receive wage increases of 30 cents per hour in each year of the five-year agreement term. Improved language reduces the sunset clause to 18 months from 24, and the safety boot allowance improves to $100 per two-year period, up from the previous $60, for those employees required to wear steel toe boots.
