ADM Mississauga members ratify new deal

On April 2, 2022 the members at ADM Milling in Mississauga ratified a four-year collective agreement. Wage improvements include a $1.00 adjustment for maintenance and relief miller, 2.25% retroactive to date of expiry and a 2% in each year of the agreement. There will also be a $0.05 increase to the afternoon and night shift premiums.
Other language improvements include vacation and boot allowance improvements and bereavement leave will increase from 3 to 4 days.
