The membership at Holiday Inn Huron Church in Windsor ratified a four-year agreement on August 8, 2023. Members will receive wage increases of $1.11 over the term of the agreement. There will also be lump sum payments of $900.00 for full-time and $450.00 for part-time.
Full-time member benefits will be moved from Blue Cross to UFCW Life and Trust Fund and employee contributions will drop to $50.00 per month from $110.00 saving members $60.00 per month. Part-time employees who previously did not have benefits will now have a $600.00 per year health care spending account.
There are also improvements to Health and Safety language which will now include a trained member and a monthly meeting.
